Applied Information Sciences Wins Pentagon Support Services Contract for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Valued at $43M

Applied Information Sciences (AIS) has been awarded a 5 year contract worth $43M to supply operational support and system design services to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD(P)). AIS has held this contract for the past 19 years.

Under the Pentagon Support Services Contract (PSS), AIS provides daily support to Policy Automation Services (PAS) of OUSD(P) by providing highly technical, computer support technicians, specialists, and engineers to perform as members of PAS' integrated government and contractor teams. AIS personnel are key members of PAS' User Assistance, Installations and Internetwork Engineering, Configuration Management, Security, and Operations Branches. In addition, AIS personnel manage and carry out all in-house instruction for USOD(P) and participate in all testing of new and upgraded software developed by PAS.
