Now Hiring for a Lead .NET Developer:

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will use cutting edge cloud and data technologies to power the mission of the DoD and deliver war-winning cyber and IT capabilities. Join our team of Data and Cloud professionals and accomplish what others only dream of.

In this tip of the spear work, you’ll apply your skills in Azure Cognitive Services, Azure PaaS, data science, data analytics, and data warehousing to pioneer Azure cloud and data services within the DoD, bringing Azure Data Factory to IL4 & IL5. This rewarding work benefits our DoD customer, which ultimately benefits our nation.

  • Lead and task a team of Developers using cutting edge technologies to solve challenging business problems and build solutions
  • Serve as the main POC with our client(s) to understand their needs and provide recommendations and technical guidance as a subject matter expert
  • Meet delivery deadlines and serve as the escalation point
  • Work in an agile environment and lead daily stand-ups/Scrum
  • Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code
  • Providing mentorship to junior, mid and senior level Developers
  • Prepare work estimation and proposal documentation
  • Learn new technologies and stay ahead of industry standards, best practices, and trends.

Profile of Success

  • 10+ years of professional experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC)
  • Proven development background with front-end web technologies, including JavaScript frameworks and front end technologies such as Angular and React
  • Database development experience to develop software solutions
  • Strong desire to learn

Other Desirable Skills

  • Previous agile/Scrum experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Understand cloud technologies (Azure, O365, AWS), SharePoint (2013+), .NET Core, and Dynamics
  • Microsoft or developer related certifications
