AIS is currently seeking a Talent Coordinator to support our Corporate office in Reston, Virginia! As the Talent Coordinator, you will serve as the hub to our Talent team, supporting a team of five Recruiters, the Talent Manager and interacting with key members of AIS. As the organization and our team grows, we intend this role to evolve. This individual will be instrumental in our system improvement efforts, recruitment marketing and overall talent acquisition goals as our team strives to meet the organization objectives as we grow.

The Talent Coordinator will:

  • Support the Talent team throughout the recruiting process as needed, especially with scheduling interviews.
  • Interface with candidates, Account Executives, Project Managers and technical staff to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Assist with updating, maintaining and running reports in our Application Tracking System (ATS), Taleo, and internal Talent Management system.
  • Manage and/or maintain relationships with external agency vendors.
  • Market and manage our job openings utilizing all the tools (job boards) provided in our Recruiter toolbox.
  • Assist with employee branded resumes to include editing, updating and maintaining internal database.
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects as necessary.
  • Maintain AIS swag inventory in conjunction with our marketing team.
  • Serve as the POC for internal/external recruiting events including coordinating payment, catering, logistics, set up/break down, packing swag, printing collateral and tracking event participation.
  • Learn about sourcing and high-end technical recruiting from an experienced and professional talent acquisition team.

Profile of Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to immediately build rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability.
  • Poise, professionalism and ability for discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to contribute to team goals and helping those around you solve problems.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging projects.

Background Check Requirement: Ability to meet AIS, customer security screening/badging requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate customer screening, badging and/or background check requirements may result in revocation of an offer or employment action up to and including termination.
