IT Assessment

AIS will assess your environment to determine the extent of your needs and recommend solutions for each of the key facets of managed services

We will recommend: 

  • Which assets and metrics should be monitored
  • Which assets and software packages need to be patched and the patch process/schedule
  • Which assets require backups
  • Ideal incremental and full back up schedules
  • Conservative retention schedules, and

IT Monitoring / Alerting

AIS will set up, install, and configure your monitors and alerts. Additionally, AIS will actively monitor for alerts and act to resolve issues before customers are impacted.

Patching

AIS will assess and execute patches released for your managed software on a monthly basis.

Backup/Restore

AIS will set up, configure, and monitor your backup and restore processes. Monitors will alert our support staff when backups fail, and we’ll take immediate action to resolve the issue. Periodic restore exercises will ensure not only that the backup files are available, but that assets can be restored in a timely manner.

IT Reporting

AIS will report on the health of your systems by documenting alerts generated, problems discovered, actions taken to resolve problems, patches applied, and backup readiness.
